I admit that I shouldn't be too mean at Jade Goody but can't help denying how life sucks to be her. For those who doesn't know this, Jade Goody is a UK reality star who shot famous after her racist remarks to Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty on Celebrity Big Brother.
Last year, she was asked to appear as guest on an Indian's take on Big Brother called Bigg Boss (yes, go on, laugh). Two weeks after filming began, Jade received a phone call from UK that she was down with cervical cancer and needed immediate treatment asap. All of that was caught on camera but never aired. Der-ruh-mah!
So, all eyes were on Jade Goody's health for the past few months. From being on the hospital bed to her marriage to her son's baptism. Everything was under the media's attention!
Now, the best part is. Jade Goody was shot to fame on a reality TV show for being foul-mouthed. After she got on to another reality TV show, she had cancer. Today, she is living her life with her own (her very very own) reality TV 'show'/'drama' regarding her life down with cancer.
Isn't that amazing? Don't call me cruel but she gotta thank God for all the media attention she is receiving. Come on, the world's watching her and counting down to her very last days. Isn't that reality TV for you, Mrs Tweed?
By the way, I am really not about being cruel or critical but I am stating the obvious observation here. The world has been counting down. Her days have been numbered. Her cancer had spread to her brain, groin and bowel. At this very moment that I am typing this, Jade Goody is resting and awaiting for death to befall on her. She wishes to die at home, surrounded by her family. She has 2 sons aged 4 and 5 with husband, Jack Tweed.
We all know that she will be dearly missed. Her life is a reality TV show. Her 'soon-to-be' departure, would be another reality TV show. Like Season Two, for the public funeral. We gotta give it to her...
Let's give this brave young thing a round of applause for all the great things she had done in life. May God bless her soul.
